Executive Board Chair • The Chair presides at all Forum and Executive Board meetings, and performs such
other duties and exercise such other powers as may be prescribed from time to time by the Forum.
Executive Board Vice Chair• The Vice-Chair, in the absence or disability of the Chair, performs the duties and
exercises the powers of the Chair and perform such other duties and exercises such other powers as the Forum may from time to time prescribe. Vice Chair automatically assumes the role of Board Chair at the end of the Chair’s tenure.
Executive Board Treasurer • The Treasurer routinely reviews the expenses and revenues incurred to insure that
the Forum operating budget is being followed. The treasurer works with the COO to propose potential adjustments to ensure the best use of the Forum’s financial resources. In addition, the Treasurer initiates an annual audit to ensure integrity in all accounting functions and makes recommendations as needed to the Executive Board.
Chief Operating Officer – Don Pickens (QuEST Forum)• The COO manages overall QuEST Forum operations including executing the Board
Strategic Initiatives and delivering Balanced Scorecard Objectives. In addition, the COO is responsible for managing the Annual QuEST Forum Strategic Planning meeting.

Directs both long term and short term operational objectives.
Ensures controls are in place to provide professional services to QuEST Forum.
Ensures that major projects goals are implemented in a timely fashion.
Ensures that QuEST Forum Mission and Vision are met in a professional manner.
