A: I started at a young age writingsongs and taking piano andguitar lessons. I sang in choir anda cappella groups throughouthigh school and attended musicschool in college where I studiedin classical voice.

“St ti g Ove ” o e bout?A: It was appropriate in two respects:

introducing myself as an artistand also the title itself, “startingover” represents the stage in mylife that this EP has taken off in.

A: When I first heard what you hadin mind with the songs, I was a bitshocked but I’m so glad that Istuck it out because now I’m inlove with all the songs.

Q: Do you h ve y supe stitio so wei d h bits whe e o di g?

A: I have a special tea that I haveto at least have available whenI’m recording. It’s called YogiThroat Comfort Tea but I alsothink it’s mentally comforting.And of course, I have to warmup first!

A: Everything is driven from reallife experiences and emotions.My favorite therapy is music andwriting helps me express myself.

Q: Is the e di e e e o youbetwee e o di g usi dpe o i g it live? Whi h you

do you p e e ?A: I think both are unique and fun

experiences for me. In recording,you get to master your soundand perfect it. When performing,you can let loose and improvise abit more. Plus, you’re in front of alarge audience so you get a highoff of their reactions.
