Introduction:

Using detailed inventory, customer, vendor, and invoicing forms, you'll be able to
manage your business and quickly find just the product your customers are seeking
Jewellary Management Software. The software supports bar-code scanning for quick
invoice creation and TWAIN scanners to illustrate the inventory lists; multiple printers for
invoices, tags, labels, and routine printing; and catalog creation with the optional Sharp
Catalog module. The program handles inventory, customers, invoices, vendors, and
point-of-sale (POS) details, with multifield search capability in all the data tables.

Module Description:
1. Admin
Admin module is developed for admin to control the flow of system. In this
module admin is having all the rights to access all the functionality provided in this
project; that is add, edit, and delete any information for particular purpose.

• Add role, set the password as per requirement.
• Viewing all information about the department.
• Add any information as per requirement.
• Add daily normal expenses.
• Viewing all stock information.
• Viewing the login detail.
• Register all cards.
2. Sale
In this module we have introduced Smart Card System. Every new customer
comes along with the smart card issued by doorkeeper, a sales person writes code of
the item choose by customer and sales person ID on the smart card. A cash counter
person reads all the item codes and with the base of this item information Counter
Person generates a bill.
Features:
• Viewing all information from card on screen.
• Add Regular Customers information.
• Customer Specified Item: e.g. Customer requires a chain of a particular length,
but existing is somewhat bigger than the requested, so first we complete the
requirement of customer and then we add that remaining part of the chain in
the stock of the scrap.
• Sales Bill contains all the details of Item, that is its weight, labour charge, stone
cost, gross weight, net weight, gross total and grand total.
• Add the expenses.
3. Stock
Only the admin is having all the rights to add and generate the new item and
item code respectively in Stock. Item code consists of short form of item name and 6
digit auto incremented number.
Another thing is that we can delete the code which is not used and not in the stock.
Advantage of code to every item is very fast stock entry of each item and very less
chances of wrong entry.

4. Box
Box Module is developed to add item from main stock to the box. Box module
gives the information about the stock in that particular box. And the box which is gives
to the particular department. At the closing of the day we return that box to the main
stock.
Boxes are use for each and every type of items. And each box is having particular
number, with which we enter the stock in that particular box. This system is having
different departments as per the different items and so Boxes get divided as per the
departments.

• Add the box to department.
• Return the box from department.
5. Order
Order Module is developed to get the order from customer. In the order module
we can add the order detail and customer detail. If the customer is new customer then
we can add the customer information in the customer form. And add that customer to
the order.
Another important thing is that we can search the previous completed order as
per the order number. We apply rates to that order as per the rates of the day on which
the order was placed.

6. Jangad
Jangad is nothing but the system in which Sales person presents all the required
jewellery items in front of the customer at his place, customer choose as per his
requirement . And it is not a sale purpose; it will be return to shop. It is only to display
design to the customer at his home. Person who work in shop goes to customer place
and the item is give to that worker risk.

• Search and return the Jangad item.
7. Report
Report Module is developed for display all information in reports. In this
module we can see all about stock as per metal wise , Item wise , we can see all item in
date wise. In this module we display sale in date wise, Jangad report as per date, we
can display the order in the report. We can display the report fro the balance and
advances form the customer.
Because of the report we can tally all the items information and get the report
for that. Reports can display the all information as per stock, box, sale and expenses.
We can get report of customer also so that it is very easy to maintain information.
