It is your last parent teacher night – last chance for interviews of this kind with your teachers

Students may, by negotiation with teachers, attend the interviews

We are holding a parent information session afterwards on tips to help them support you during the HSC year

WHAT EFFECTIVE STUDENTS DO

They realise that they are the only ones who can control their own behaviour

They do a lot of planning and work when they are not under pressure – Quadrant II planning

When they are under pressure, they think of ways to work on their problems

They think about how they learn and use those methods to learn

They do actually work – they extend themselves and never make excuses
