Biography and History

● Jimi was born on November 27, 1942 in Seattle.● His father named him Jimi when he was 4 years old. ● His real name was James Marshall Hendrix.● In 1958 after his first guitar he joined his first band

called “The Velvetones”

Rocking Kings”● He joined the army in 1959 but discharged in the year 1961.● In New York City he build his own studio and took charge of his own

recordings.● Hendrix was known well for the best skills, styles and charisma, he was

called the greatest guitarists of all time by various music publications and writers.
