from amongst its own members
ii For the purpose of nomination of two members by
the syndicate from amongst its members, as required under
section 21(1)(v) of the Act, the Registrar shall inform the
members of the syndcate at lest 10 days in advance of the date
of the meeting of the syndicate to the effect that the said
nomination is due an it will be an item of the agenda of the
meeting
