Rider strivesto jump as many jumps and accumulate as many points as possible withinthe time allowed. There is no set order to jump. It is not necessary tojump all the jumps, however, no individual jump may be jumped morethan three times. A rail down or refusal results in points for that fencebeing subtracted from the rider’s tally. At the end of the time allowed, rider may elect to jump the special “Gambler’s Jump” which is worth 50 points. No penalty is giving for choosing not to jump the Gambler’sfence, but if the rider attempts the jump and a rail down or refusal occurs, the 50 points will be subtracted from the rider’s tally. The horse and riderwith most points wins.
