1 - Whereas, based on the recommendations of the J&K Service Selection Board,the Revenue Department vide letter No. Rev/NG/237]zafi-ru dated 0}lrI]12a17forwarded select list of candidates for the post of Junior scale stenographer (Divisionalcadre Jammu) to this office for issuance of appointment orders;

2 - Whereas, accordingly vide this office order No. FC(ADM) gg of 2017 dated3U03120t7 formal appointment order was issued in favour of Ms, Eva Gupta D/oTarsem Gupta R/o Mohalla Pratab Grah Jammu under oM category as Junior scaleStenographer, Divisional cadre Jammu in the Revenue Depaftment and was directed toreport to the Divisional commissioner, Jammu for further adjustment;

5 - Whereas, the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu vide letter hlo.10tl3273lPFll7l37ZB-32 dated 23lttlzot7 intimated that Ms. Eva Gupta D/o TarsemGupta R/o Mohalla Pratab Grah Jammu resigned from the service on ILltll2017 andhas forwarded the resignation of Ms. Eva Gupta to this office for further necessaryaction;

6 - Whereas, the matter has been considered with reference to the rulesgoverning the subject and it has been found that Ms. Eva Gupta D/o Tarsem Gupta R/oMohalla Pratab Grah Jammu, Junior Scale Stenographer was still on probation and hasnot completed the probation period" Consequently, the official is liable to be dischargedfrom the service, by terminating her probation in terms of Rule 21(2)(a), on her ownrequest. f\)
