• O’Hare International hosted 70 million passengers in 2014. This volume creates opportunities for the $4.7 billion airline catering industry. These four companies occupy a total of 370,000 square feet around the airport.
• Sky Chefs is developing a new build to suit facility that can produce an average of over 26,000 meals per day (1 meal every 2 seconds).
• DO&CO recently renovated a 112,000-square-foot building adding 21,000 square feet of freezer/cooler space.
