To collect service charges from each of the flats. Take the responsibility of taking care of the whole building. Give the bills regarding electricity, telephone etc. He has to do all electrical work of the building. Should be present whenever the employer wants him to be.
Job Evaluation:He does his job very well in controlling the guards, lift-man and generator-man,
giving bills. But he is not always regular when he was called in different flats for
work. He is working for his present employer around two years. He has to work seven
days a week and his monthly salary is 7000 taka. He gets yearly two times leave. He
gets half bonus in both eids. His salary increases in every year.
Job Satisfaction:Abdullah thinks he has a lot of responsibility but he is not being well paid. According
to him, as the daily life expenditure is increasing day by day, so a salary of seven
thousand taka per month is not sufficient to maintain his family of nine members. So,
he wants at least ten thousand taka as he cant run his family properly with this little
income. I think he has a lot of responsibility but he is being paid a minimal amount.
