Noël Franklin is looking for an experienced AS400 developer.

Job content

• You will strengthen the AS400 team that is responsible for various IT projects within warehousing, logistics, sales, purchasing and accounting. Which projects you will be working on, depends on your own interests.

• You will make analyses in cooperation with the other departments and translate these into technical implementations. You will be able to develop yourself in AS400 and ensure that these projects are successful.

• After the implementation you will assist the departments and train them to use the program efficiently.

• You support the business with additional questions / problems and make adjustments to the program where necessary.

• You will join the search for possible innovations on a technical level.

Your profile

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience with AS400.• You have knowledge of RPG, Rdi and DB2. • Experience with Webservices is a plus and you are familiar with XML, JSON,

SQL Server, HTML and CSS.• You are analytical and willing to continuously check the needs of the other business

departments. • You are eager to take initiative, are hands-on and think proactively about company

flows within Cortina. You want to stay constantly informed about new technologies.• Furthermore, you are social, communicative and are able to express yourself fluently

in English and Dutch.

Momenteel is Noël Franklin op zoek naar een ervaren AS400 developer.

Job inhoud

• Je versterkt het AS400 team die instaat voor verschillende IT-projecten binnen warehousing, logistiek, verkoop, aankoop en boekhouding. Op welke projecten je terecht komt, hangt af van jouw interesse!

• Je maakt analyses samen met de business en vertaalt deze naar technische implementaties, waarbij je zelf zal gaan ontwikkelen in AS400 en zorgt dat deze projecten tot een goed einde komen.

• Na de implementaties sta je de business bij en zal je opleidingen voorzien om het programma efficiënt te gaan gebruiken.

• Je ondersteunt de business bij bijkomende vragen/ problemen en maakt aanpassingen in het programma waar nodig.

• Je gaat mee gaan zoeken naar vernieuwingen en mogelijke innovaties op technisch vlak.

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt minimum een bachelordiploma en 5 jaar ervaring binnen AS400.• Je hebt kennis van RPG, Rdi en DB2.• Ervaring met Webservices en SQL server is een nice-to-have.

Daarnaast zijn XML, JSON, HTML en CSS je niet onbekend.• Je bent analytisch ingesteld en het schrikt je niet af om in contact te staan met de

business om noden te gaan aftoetsen. • Je neemt initiatief, bent hands-on en denkt proactief mee betreffende bedrijfsflows

binnen Cortina. Je blijft continu op de hoogte van nieuwe technologieën.• Verder ben je sociaal, communicatief en druk je je vlot uit in het Engels en

Nederlands.
