Hi. My name is Mary. I have an awesome job where I can make the best use of my skills and talents in a field that I love. Not only that, I make a shitload of money doing it too!! Getting my job was not easy. Even though I have a Masters degree, there were 12 other equally qualified candidates that also wanted this job. Although we all looked very similar on paper, I impressed the most in the interview and got the job. Probably because I was confident, dressed sharp, and was able to answer the interviewer’s questions the way he wanted to hear them.

Hey, I’m Gary. I have been looking for a job for like ever and I cannot get hired anywhere. I don’t get it. Look at me. I am good looking, smart, and have quite a bit of experience. I don’t get it. HR people are stupid. They do not know what they are missing. If they actually had any fucking clue about how to find a good employee I would have been hired a long time ago. I got a degree from Harvard eh? Yeah, I am going to make a lot of money when someone finally hires me for that executive position I want.
