Job Role: Trainee Quantity Surveyor Due to our continued expansion and upcoming major projects, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team at CPUK, a customer-focused construction contracting group. Our Head Office is in the North West and we have over 100 employees working on projects from the North of England to the Midlands. You will be providing support to the Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor on site. Your key task’s will include ensuring records are taken and maintained, assisting in the procurement of subcontractors, and the preparation of Main and Subcontract Valuations and Final Accounts. The successful candidate will have strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work well to tight deadlines. You will also have good computer literacy skills. You will be interested in developing your skills as a Quantity Surveyor with a view to completing academic training on a part time degree course in Quantity Surveying which we will support you with. You will join our business that places a high emphasis on our people being the key to our suc- cess. Our aim is that ‘working with and for CPUK will be a pleasure’. You will be based on site.
