Go to OCS Courier office inSialkot or Pakistan wide officesand ask them you want yourGRADUATION DEGREE(Recommended in Gulf)

Attested by HEC and Ministry ofForeign Affairs.


It will cost you around Rs 2000and 15 days.

After you have received yourdocuments go to UPS courier atDefense Road Sialkot or in yourCITY or Go to SASHA officeIslamabad for UAE Embassyattestation of your documents(50% attestation here and 50%in Dubai-at Khalid Bin WaleedRoad-Dubai Creek near DubaiAirport)

Step 2-Visit Visa & EmploymentMeantime apply for visa (google your city for dubaivisa of 30 days-don’t go for 14 days). This can beextended to 90 days from Pakistani Counselate,Dubai (google adress)


If you don’t have passport, go for urgentpassport procedure. Note on Pakistani airportincluding they took Rs 800/1000 as Airport taxand you will fill Embarkation Card also befforeyou enter for your luggage booking they will askaccomodation where you stay and you shouldhave 3000 dhram on your pocket etc.

Do not mess with them they want BRIBE only.


After you have got Documents, Passport and VISAnow talk to someone at Dubai where you will liveand book your seat accordingly.

APPENDIX

Preliminary Instructions for the Attestation ofDocuments

The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, Islamabad has authorized the following companiesfor the nationwide collection and delivery of the documents to be attested. Furthermore, theEmbassy of the United Arab Emirates does not accept the documents directly from theapplicants.

· UPS/ PPS ( UAN Pakistan: 111-669-877)· SASHA International, Islamabad (051-2204469, 2204686)

1- All documents should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of theIslamic Republic of Pakistan and all the following concerned authorities prior submission to theEmbassy:

i. Primary/ Metric/ F.A and School Leaving certificates must be attested by the IBCC (InterBoard Committee of Chairman), Islamabad/ Lahore/ Karachi & Quetta Baluchistan as per policyof distance and availability.

ii. All degrees (B.A, M.A, LLB, B.Sc, MBBS, M.Phil and PhDs must be attested by theHEC (Higher Education Commission) H-9, Islamabad.

iii. Certificates/Diplomas granted by the Technical Board/institutes/ needs to be attested Bythe IBCC mentioned above.

iv. Marriage Certificate (Nikah Nama) in Urdu must be translated into English and NADRAmarriage registration certificate (Both in Urdu & English) are compulsory to be submitted forAttestation along with the copy of the passports, residence visas and CNICs.

v. All the foreign certificates/ degrees should be initially attested by the concerned Mission(High Commission or Embassy in Islamabad) and then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Govt.of Pakistan.


2-The Ministry of Health is represented by the MNRS (Ministry of National Regulation &Services) in Islamabad so any diploma, certificate or experience certificate, attained from thehealth department, hospital, medical laboratory or institute of health, needs to be attestedfrom the IPC, Ministry of National Regulation & Services & the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3-Any legal affidavit/ power of attorney/ succession certificate/guardianship/ judicial verdicts etcare essentially required to be acknowledged and attested by judicial Magistrate, apart from theattestation of the Foreign Office.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATES:

Should be attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Govt. of Pakistan & from the Ministryof National Regulation & Services and attach the following relevant documents:

i. Report of the patient’s hospital admittance.ii. Medical prescriptioniii. Doctor’s medical reportiv. Hospital admittance charges & billsv. Copy of the CNIC, passport & residence/ work visa.

LOSS OF PASSPORT:

Before Submission to the Embassy:

i. Copy of the Lost passportii. Copy of New passport. (Computerized Only)

iii. Copy of UAE Iqama.iv. Police Report (FIR) translated in English, both should be attested from the

Ministry of Foreign Affairs.v. Sponsorship letter from the Sponsor in UAE on the company’s letter head,

requesting for assistance from the Embassy in the name of the Ambassador.vi. Exact date of arrival from UAE to Pakistan.

vii. Applications submitted before 1 week remaining to the completion of 6 monthsoutside UAE will not be entertained.

viii. Such applicant who over stay outside UAE for more than 6 months, are advised tocontact their sponsor/ partner in UAE for any further assistance as the embassy cannot provideany support in this regard.

ix. Incomplete application will not be entertained.

After attestation from the Embassy:i. 2 Photographs (White background)ii. Form attestation fee will be charged with US Dollar 40/-iii. Obtain Appointment.


4- The attestation fee for all the above mentioned documents are as below:

i. US $ 40/- per document (for Ordinary processing)ii. US $ 60/- per document (for Urgent processing within 24 hours)

5- Commercial Invoices, Memorandums & articles of association should be attested by theconcerned Chamber of Commerce & Industries.

i. The fee of the Commercial Invoice will be dependent upon the valuementioned on the invoice and is referred directly tothe Embassy for the fee structure.

ii. The Fees for Memorandums, articles of association, trade power ofattorney, Trade Mark registration & Commercial books of a company will be charged at US $800/-

1- Passport Size Photo's (4) with white background.2- Passport's Photocopies (2 sets) New Passport+ Old Passport with UAE Residence

Visa (2 photocopies).3- Police Clearance Issuance Fee (102 AED) in UAE Dirham only.

Process for Issuance Police Clearance Certificates:1- Applicant Should Visit the Embassy, during (9:00am to 1:00pm) Monday to

Thursday.2- Finger Prints would be taken in the Embassy.

Period taken to Issue the Police Clearance Certificates:1- The Process of Issuance of Police Clearance Certificates takes (5 to 7 weeks).2- After Issuance the Certificate by the Concerned Authorities the Applicant should pay
