SITE GRADING & EROSION CONTROL NOTES

1. MULCH AND SEED ALL DISTURBED AREAS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER FINAL GRADING IS COMPLETED,

UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED. CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH

PERMANENT SOIL STABILIZATION.

2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE STORM DRAIN CONNECTIONS AT

THE BUILDING WITH THE PLUMBING PLANS.
