  • TERMS & CONDITIONSFor Christmas lunch and dinner parties and reservations in the Electric Restaurant for tables of 8 or more.

    1. DEPOSITSOnce you have made your reservation, please complete the attached booking form and return in within 7 days, enclosinga £10 per person deposit – which is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a deposit is not received within this time, yourbooking will be automatically released.

    2. PAYMENTSFull payment for all events is required by 30/10/15, whichis non-refundable and non-transferable. If full payment isnot made by this date the booking will be treated ascancelled and the cancellation policy below will apply. Anyreservations made after 30/10/15 must be paid in full atthe time of booking. Cheques should be made payable to“Brayford Hotels Lincoln Ltd”. In order for us to providethe best possible food service, details of your menurequirements and pre-order drinks are required 14 daysin advance of your booking date.

    3. CANCELLATIONSIf you cancel your confirmed reservation under anycircumstances any deposit/full payment will be retainedby the hotel as a cancellation charge. Cancellation chargescannot be offset against other items or services providedby the hotel. We reserve the right tto cancel any events orreservations if the hotel is unable to go ahead with thefunction due to circumstances beyond our control (eg fire,flood bad weather, low number of guests etc). In suchcircumstances, we shall endeavor to provide an alternativedate or refund any payments in full but will not be underany obligation to provide you with any further compensation.The hotel reserves the right to amend any menus, packagesetc as detailed in this brochure and provide a suitablealternative if items or services are unavailable to the hotel.

    4. CONDITIONSNo food or drinks are to be brought into the hotelfor consumption. The management reserve the rightto refuse admission. Please do not bring with you ororganise anything that may offend or cause discomfortto other hotel guests. We cannot guarantee seatingplans at shared parties, and smaller parties may haveto join others to meet the capacity of the room onany public event. All prices quoted in this brochure are inclusive of VAT @ 20%, correct at the time of going toprint. Any increases in the rate of VAT will be added toyour final bill.     5. FAQ’SSpecial diets can be catered for but please give us plentyof time to organise an alternative, at least 14 days beforethe function. Children under 16 years are not permittedto attend party nights. Some of the dishes on thesemenus may contain nut produce or food substances, towhich you may be allergic, please ask staff for information.The hotel cannot guarantee that its food products do notcontain any genetically modified additives.
