We, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the South East European Cooperation

• Epress ourhighinterest to a##e&iatetheseriouseffectsthat the continuous migratory

pressure poses to the bor%er management an% security, an% tothe -ustice, socia#,

economic an% asy#um systems7

• $ecogni.e the nee% to act in a spirit of responsibi#ity an% so#i%arity to ensure

concerte% action, effecti&e coor%ination an%e&enhan%e% management of migration

f#os in SEE7
