Established, maintained and troubleshooting on AFATDS systems ensuring connectivity to all Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS) on the network while both in CONUS and while deployed. Created Air Support Requests (ASRs) while deployed to Camp Victory, Baghdad, Iraq in joint operations resulting in over a 100 convoy operations completed with no fatalities and no safety issues. Supported unit by becoming the Systems Administrator in order to maintain all computer and network operation within the JFEC. Served as the Information Systems Help Desk for the cell due to the lack of a Communications NCOIC which maintained the JFEC’s capabilities to perform all computer and network functions such as e-mail, SharePoint access, and Army Knowledge Online (AKO) accessibility. Ensured all personnel in the unit kept up to date information to have access to government computers by enforcing all required certifications where done annually to maintain user access and all classification protocols were adhered to.
