Daily meaning is a consulting firm engaged in the development of human capital, founded by

Alexander Sriewijono.

- Major responsibilities: taking role as a project manager, client partner in executing

program, arranging the course of projects, creating training modules, teaching as a

co-facilitator in workshop class and analyzing the data to be a knowledge to support

the project.

Experience:

- Trusted as Project Manager for Kementerian Keuangan leadership training program

who will be conducted for Eselon III and Eselon IV level (April Mei 2015).

- Trusted as Project Manager for British Petroleum seminar program (November 2014)

and succeeded in strengthening British Petroleum to enter a new phase in

collaboration with local communities (Teluk Bintuni, Papua) and local government

through a strong understanding of the Environment Impact Analysis, a balanced

as the 2nd Outstanding Student of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of

University of Indonesia after previously the department of Mathematics has not

reached any title for 4 years in a row.

performance, social activity and organizational leadership.

Winner of National Photography Competition of Mahasiswa Mengajar at Diponegoro

University (September 2013)

- 1st winner and the photo used as a campaign media to raise awareness of

Diponegoro Universitys students about the inequality of education in Indonesia.

Appreciated Artist in Indonesia Youth Conference Art Space (July 2013)

- The creator of visual artwork titled Abandoned Potential, talking about the

inequality of education in outlying regions, and exhibited as a work appreciated in

the activity of Indonesia Youth Conference with the number of visitors over 1000

youths. This work was made to campaign the government obligation to realize the

equitable education in Indonesia.

Delegation of Indonesia in IOV International Percussion Festival, South Korea (September

2012)

- Introducing the Indonesian cultures through Indonesias traditional music

performance from Minangkabau (talempong) with a total audience of more than

1,000 South Koreans.

Speaker at 8-11 Show Metro TV, a talkshow program in national TV station (July 2012)

- Being the second speaker as an inspiring student together with one of directors of

BATAN (National Nuclear Centre and Research) to discuss the topic Science is

Organization and Committee Experience in University

Project Officer of MIPA untuk Negeri (April July 2012)

MIPA untuk Negeri is a national activity that gathers the young Indonesian scientist and granting reward

to the Indonesian natural science activists through MIPA UI Award as the top event.

- Succeeded in collecting more than 500 ideas from 20 campuses throughout

Indonesia and this became the highest number since the first year (2011) until now.

- Rewarded as the best committee by Facultys Student Executive Board.

Chairman of the Scientifics Department of Mathematics Department Student Association

(February 2012 February 2013)

The Scientifics Department of HMD focus on developing students' academic ability, willingness and

ability of scientific writing and other scientific activities such as the International Mathematics

Olympiad.



- Responsibilities: Optimizing teamwork, triggering innovation, optimizing the previous

programs that are still considered viable and being decision maker.

- Succeeded in optimizing the performance of the mathematics team in Facultys

Scientific Olympiad event by being awarded as the 1st winner in General Quiz and

the 1st winner in Indonesian language debate. These titles have not been achieved

since 2010.

- Succeeded in increasing student interest in scientific writing through Student

Creativity Program and it is evidenced by the result of 9 scientific idea paper. In the

previous year the number of paper is 0.

- Successfully transferring the insights to the successor of the next Chairman of the

Department so that the scientifics achievement of the Mathematics students does

not decrease.

Vice Chairman of the Facultys Music Club (May 2011 May 2012)

Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science Music Club was founded in 2011, appointing me to be the

first Vice Chairman, with a membership of more than 100 students.

- Responsibilities: Optimizing teamwork, arranging regular practice schedule and

maintaining internal cohesion of music club members.

- Succeeded in making the faculty team won the second place in the event of

Traditional Song Rearrangement Competition held by Faculty of Arts University of

Indonesia.

- Elected as the chairman of faculty contingent for Universitys Art Festival 2011 and

succeeded in making the contingent won the 3rd place in Band competition and

won the favorite winner in Vocal Group competition.

Teacher of Gerakan UI Mengajar 3 (December 2013 January 2014)

Service Location: Sukatani Village, West Java

- Elected as one of 36 teachers selected from 660 applicants.

- Elected as a Lead Teacher, succeeded in establishing a better pattern of inter-

teacher cooperation than the previous generations, and it becomes the inspiration

for the next batch.

- Succeeded in increasing the students interest in reading (3 books per day in

average), and developing mathematical skills (increasing evaluation score) and

writing skills (orderly writing) of the 5th grade students in outlying regions.

- Succeeded in introducing creative learning methods to local teachers and create

new understanding that music can help students in the learning process.

- Succeeded in increasing the interest of the children in the visual arts (painting and

photography).

- Invited as a speaker in University of Indonesias seminar as an inspiring teacher

together with Director of Education Pertamina Foundation, Ahmad Rizali Gaffar

(November 2014).



Camper 4th International Workcamp Leprocy Care Community University of Indonesia

(August 2013)

Service Location: Nganget Village, West Java

- Succeeded in collaborating with local communities in the development of new

facilities to support the efficiency of economic activities in the village, improve rural

sanitation hygiene and help increase the confidence of former leprosy patients in the

village.

- Succeeded in making a better pattern of interaction between Nganget village and

the neighboring villages better, previously the other villages did not want to interact

due to former leprosy patients.

Children's Music Instructor (January 2013 now)

Service Location: Jakarta, Depok, Bogor

- Succeeded in guiding the students of Rumbel BEM UI to optimize the singing skills and

the capability of playing the percussion instruments for a performance in the campus

famous event known as Pagelaran Bocah.

- Succeeded as a childrens music instructor at Sanggar Belajar Dreamdelion for a

performance in the Break Fasting event with Dreamdelion and Manggarai area

residents.

- Succeeded as a percussion music instructor for children by one of Community Service

Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) of University of Indonesia 2014 teams for a performance

in the Grand Closing event of Kuliah Kerja Nyata in Cibereum village.

knowledge of writing from the inspiring works such as the epic story of Mahabharata and

campaigning for social message through music and developing some songs to ease the

process of learning for the elementary school students.

Mountain Climbing starting the first climbing in 2013, having finished 3 time-solo hiking and

4-time group climbing. Three times as a leader of climbing in the group climbing and

succeeded to assist 5 friends first climbing.
