PROGRAM DETAILS In Tina’s interactive program, your team will learn how to literally change their brain structure from the inside out, creating a relaxed, healthy and resilient approach to work, regardless of the circumstance. Your colleagues will discover how midline and lateral brain networks can be trained toward centered mindfulness instead of distraction and reaction, increasing productivity in all areas. And not only that, has been scientifically proven that reducing stress through mindfulness can make us look younger, and feel more energized! Tina’s Journey Through The Mind teaches your team how to shift perspectives from stress and scarcity to empowerment and abundance. All levels of experience are welcome. During Tina’s Journey Through The Mind program your team will:

• Move through a 60 minute gentle, yoga class with guided meditations that include Tina’s specialized breathing techniques

• Learn what’s happening neurologically through the ebbs and flows of effort and ease

• Discover how their brains can be physiologically different than those without a mindfulness practice

• Gain the tools and exercises needed to better manage thoughts, emotions and drive

ABOUT TINA Tina Aisner Porter is a nationally recognized yoga and meditation teacher located in Denver, CO. Her teaching focuses on the psychology of yoga and integration of breath into everyday life. Tina has been soaking up the benefits of yoga for 24 years and has led classes, workshops and retreats all over the world including in Mexico, Nicaragua and Nepal. She recently completed a year in Yoga Psychology with world renown yoga/meditation instructor and family/marriage therapist, Ashley Turner. Tina is currently one of the most sought after yoga instructors in Denver, teaching at several studios, leading major events and offering private classes to both individuals and corporations. Tina’s innate ability to use storytelling throughout her teaching helps translate complex issues and hardships into relatable circumstances for all. She teaches us to soften into difficult moments, become hyper-present and that the real yoga starts when you roll up the mat and walk out of the studio.
