SUBJECT: Noregon Heavy-Duty and Medium-Duty Diagnostic Cables
SUMMARY: JPRO® Diagnostic Cable Pin-Out Configurations and Connections have
been updated and expanded based on several OEM diagnostic port and pin-out
changes. The JPRO® family of diagnostic cables works with all JPRO® software and
adapters and is compatible with all vehicle connectors. All cables are manufactured
to OEM specifications as shown in the tables below.

Pin Signal Notes
A Ground Fully SAE compliant.
Supports most OEM applications but will not support the Dual “CAN” network on some
Freightliner® vehicles* *(see #12189-FTL below).
The recommended DataLink connector can supply SAE J1587/J1708 and J1939 communications and the battery voltage.
Does not support full functionality of PACCAR® ESA OEM application.
Connects to all 9-pin Deutsch diagnostic connectors in cab.
