Our safety systems are simple for installation, which allows for significant savings of project budgets especially in case of large projects. It is attributable to a small number of basic components of produced safety barriers – their number ranges from 3 to 5 (depending on the technical complexity of the structures).To achieve such results in the last 10 years we have been conducting dozens of field tests of modified structured every year in special testing facilities in Russia and Europe (Poland, Germany, France). For today our products have passed over 150 of such tests.

Corrugated steel pre-cast structures are cost-effective, environmentally-friendly constructions with long service life. They can be installed all year round. They are commonly used as culverts when building roads and railways. Other applications are drainage, storm and waste water pipes, cable protection, ventilation conducts and water retaining tanks.

JSC CTC Metallokonstruktsiya was established in 1979. In 2002 the Company launched its large-scale technical and process upgrade program. Nowadays, the Company is one of the largest three plants in Russia operating in this industry and in the TOP 5 in Europe.The plant occupies the area of at least 100,000 sq m. The Company’s headcount is 650 employees. Its output exceeds 100,000 tones per year. The Company’s business units and warehouses with finished products are available in almost all main cities of Russia, neighboring states and some countries in Europe.

Advantages of pre-cast Helical Corrugated Metal Pipes and Structures:• Corrugated sheets are more rigid and strong in comparison with those without corrugation waves• Metal shell represented by corrugated sheets interacts with soil which bears some part of the load (compressive strain)• Corrugated steel structures (vs concrete pipes) are more cost-effective, they allow to save up to 25% of the project costs• Reduced costs incurred when delivering corrugated structures to the site (these are delivered disassembled and there is no need to organise its storage at the site)• Corrugated structures are earthquake-resistant

Advantages:• Cost effective solutions, can be installed all year round.• Convenient installation without large equipment. • Can be used in cold northern regions with the problem of destruction of the bridge concrete structuresIt will not crack under impact loads or vibrations due to the inherent strength of steel and the flexibility of the corrugated pipe section. The high ring compression of the pipe absorbs and transfers the load to the surrounding soil around the entire circumference. The beam strength maintains the grade and line of the structure by bridging inequalities of the trench bottom and side fill.

METAL LIGHTING POLES, LIGHTNING DISCHARGERS, FOUNDATIONS AND ATTACHMENTS

Metal cylinder, cone or round faceted and hollow lighting poles designed to mount lighting sets, cables, municipal electric transport power lines and advertising panels or other structures. Rust-resistant treatment is made by galvanizing, thus ensuring corrosion resistance within max 100 years (provided that no mechanical damages are available).The Company has its own galvanizing plant commissioned on April 14, 2011. Its output is about 300 tons of metal structures a day. The galvanizing bath is 13x1.6x3 m. Another galvanizing plant now enters its closing stage.

Lattice pylon A lattice tower is a framework construction made of steel angle-profiled L- or T-beams by welding and connecting technique. Lattice towers are used for the purpose of supporting and conveying electric power transmission lines of all voltages (from 35 up to 1150 kV), and are the most common type for high-voltage transmission lines. Also the term refers to the towers used in the transmission of electromagnetic signals for telecommunications, such as cell phone towers. A lattice tower is usually assembled at the location where it is to be erected. This makes very tall towers possible (up to 100 m and even higher).
