SWORN ATTESTATION
I, Atty. Hector Jamandre Diaz, as the counsel who conducted the Direct Examination in the above Judicial Affidavit, under oath, declare, that:
(1) I have faithfully recorded or caused to be recorded, the questions asked and the corresponding answers that the witness gave in the above Judicial Affidavit;
(2) Neither me nor any other person then present or assisting me coached the witness regarding the latter's answers. (3) I am aware that a false attestation shall subject me to disciplinary action, including disbarment.
