Juiced And blended beverage recipes For gallbladder /liver cleansing and nutritional fasting By Kenny bountiful sunshine Consuming blended fruit and veggie’s to make lush live soups and smoothies is an amazing way to get the exhilaration and energy you get from fasting while at the same time loading up on super concentrated nutrition. The preparation alone that is involved in this protocol is an amazing way to jump start your system into a massive cellular re- organization. Using the malic acid that is contained in apples, apple cider vinegar or ortho phosphoric drops breaks down the cement like material that holds the gallstones together. After 3 days of this kind of activity the stones are primed for elimination. Drinking the oil and citrus juices on day 4 is at this point all that is necessary to create this ‘deluge’ of gallstones. I highly recommend that people Get a ticket to ride on the ‘juice train’ASAP! When I say juice train I mean consuming foods that have a tremendous amount of juice Either juiced or blended.This could also be food [preferably fruit if you must eat something] that is blended in your mouth. There are a lot of gallbladder flushes out there And a lot of them will tell you to consume apples or apple juice for 3 days and drink a large glass of olive oil, this may or may not lead to you releasing gall stones.but one thing that was pretty common in most of the stories iv’e heard is that these people had a generally uncomfortable time,With nausea and various other healing crisis. This protocol however is not going to be like that if you follow it as outlined. This cleanse is in my experience completely about abundance and really giving to yourself as much as possible,and not about deprivation or suffering. Veggie juice recipe’s.One.1 small beetroot [The small ones are sweeter]2 large carrots.8 stalks of celery.1 bunch of parsley1 bunch of cilantro4 apples1 thumb size piece of ginger2 lemons [peeled]

Process all ingredients through a juicer [preferably a green life or greenstar]stain and serve immediately.

Two.8-10 stalks of celery3 apples1 stem of broccoli [optional]1/2 a lemon1 bunch of dino kale1 bunch of bok choyProcess all ingredients through a juicer strain and serve.Yum!

Three.4 stalks of celery1 pound of carrots1 head of parsley1 parsnip1 cucumber

These are just suggestions people! Feel free to try different combinations ofveggies but try to minimize juicing too many kinds of fruit with veggies so as toavoid fermentation and gas! I usually stick to apples and carrot to sweeten.

Four.8 apples [juiced]8 oz of strawberries1 heaping Tablespoon of tocotrienols [optional]Blend all ingredients in a vita mix or hi powered blender and serve!

Five.8 oranges [juiced]A small handful of Tibetan goji berries1 Tablespoon of coconut butterHalf a teaspoon of camu camu powderA couple pinches of cayenne pepper.Blend all ingredients into a liquid and serve.

This drink amongst other nutrients is really high in vitamin c !Thus very sterilizing for your system!

Six.4 oranges3 Pink grapefruits2 lemonsjuice all ingredients with a citrus juiceror even better blend all in your vita-mix and serve!Seven.Apple Raz Delight.

8 oz of kombucha tea1 carton of yellow or red raspberriesa pinch of celtic sea salt1 tablespoon of spirulina, revita-phi,or vita mineral green.

Once the apples are juiced place all ingredients in a blender until smoothe chillfor 20 minutes and serve!Eight.Electrolyte lemonade.3 lemons with the yellow outer layer of peel off.5 teaspoons of olive oil or coconut oil1 organic apple cored.About 48-52 ounces of water6 tea spoons of raw honey,blend well in blenderA great immune system booster will be great in helping with the absorption offats. Great for keeping the bowels moving.

Nine.Kombucha tea.1 baby kombucha mushroom3 quarts of water1 cup of raw sugar5 black tea bags.

Make sure you have no metal jewelry on while handling mushroom as it will dieimmediately on contact with anything metallicCombine water and tea in a suitable container and let it brew.Take out tea bags and put the tea in a container with a large enough mouth toeasily remove the mushroom once it is made.Add the raw sugar stir well so as todissolve and then add the baby mushroom. Cover with some cheese cloth andtie with a string or rubber band and leave at room temp for about 7-10 days.Once done remember to take off your rings so that you can remove themushroom and separate the new baby from the original.store in the fridgecovered.Try not to drink more than 8 oz a day Enjoy.

Naughty [but nice] beverages.

Ten.Cacao or carob mint milkshake.Half a vita mix full of any seed milk.3 tsp of cacao or carob powder.3 tsp of raw honey.2 Drops of peppermint oil

Blend all ingredients well for about 30 secondsGreat for getting kids of off addiction to soy or dairy milk.

ElevenChocolate superfood tea.

1 cup of soaked sunflower seed milk Half a cup of cacao powder6 or 7 dates1 Tsp maca2 tbls of honeyFor tea:2 tbls of nettle leaf2 tbls of pau d arco1 reishi mushroomBlend soaked seed with32 oz of water in a vita mix and strain with a cheese clothor nutmilk bag.Combine with maca,dates honey and blend until it is a smoothe liquid.Brew herbs preferably in a ceramic kettle or A pot will do.Once brewed add the nettles let it sit for about 10 minutes and combine withsuperfood milk.Enjoy.I don’t really recommend that you do too many of these drinks during the flushbut if you REALLY must, then you can still make it work.

Soup recipes

TwelveBi layer tomato bisque4 medium heirloom tomato’s1 small lime peeledHalf a lemon peeled1 large clove of garlic1 medium orange bell pepper1 fresh cayenne pepperor 1/4 tsp of cayenne powder

Blend all ingredients very well and strain through a nut milk bag or fine strainerrinse out blender container and put half of the soup mixture back in and blend thefollowing ingredients:3 tbl spoons of hemp seed nut1 half of an avocadochop one large heirloom tomato very fine [ and remember to chew into a liquidwhen eating] and divide in to 2 bowls pour the first soup on top of the tomato’s.In the center of the bowl add the creamy hemp layer and garnish with shreddedbasil and hemp seeds [optional]

ThirteenKim chi soup3 large nappa cabbage leaves1 handful of arugula leaves1 cup of fresh mint leaves1 handful of oregano herbThe flesh of one young coconut1 tbls of red misoHalf a cup of kimchi2tbls of apple cider vinegar1tbls of hemp oil1/2 a cup of hemp nutThe inside of one medium aloe vera leaf16 ounces of water3 squirts of braggs liquid aminos4 cloves of garlic1 handful of goji berries 2 tsp of honeyWith the exception of the kim chi.Blend all ingredients in a vita mix or another blender into a smooth soup likeconsistency. Save blending the hemp oil and nut until last ,so as to preserve theprecious oils.Add a small serving of kim chi to each bowl and chew well.Enjoy.

FourteenGazpacho6 medium chopped tomato’s1 cucumber peeled and chopped1 small onion1 bell pepper2 cloves of garlic peeled1 avocado

1/2 cup of water1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped fine1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley2 tsp of braggs liquid amino’s1/2 tsp of celtic sea saltBlend all ingredients and garnish with lemon juice and parsley.Enjoy.

The protocol for the 4-5 days.Supplies to have on hand:Castor oil (Cold pressed & Hexane free)Cotton/flannel (3 layers & 6 inches by 6 inches)Plastic wrap (saran)Hot water bottle/enema kit comboApple cider VinegarOxy-mag or Bioxy Cleanse (oxygenated magnesium) [You can use swiss kriss or a product called calms also] Lemons

3 Prep Days

Castor packs 2 x's daily Place castor oil on cotton/flannel, place over the liver & wrap with plastic wrap. Use hot water bottle over castor pack for 60 to 75 min. Lay down on right side. Save cotton flannel to re use each time. Apply small amount fresh castor oil with each pack. Apple cider vinegar 1 TBSP 4x's daily (diluted with 6-8oz water or straight shot).

Oxy-mag 1/2 to 1 tsp. 3x's daily (with 8oz water & squeeze of lemon & stir)

Blended foods best!! Organic live fruits & vegetables into juices, smoothies,soups.

Foods to avoid:

Fried foods, processed foods, meat, dairy products.

Greatly reduce or abstain:

Fats, nuts, grains

Great foods to add:

Pumpkin seeds, flax seeds & sesame seeds ground to a meal to place in soups & smoothies (Helps to stabilize blood sugar during cleanse & to remove bile & sludge from intestinal tract)

Green granny smith apples the skin is high in Malic acid great for breaking down stones)

Lightly steamed veggies & soups are excellent (unless uncooked is preferred)

Flush Day (4th day)

Castor pack early & one serving of Oxy-mag & Apple Cider Vinegar in the am.
