Who Really is Veronica Roth? Veronica Roth recently released the “Divergent” series, which is about a young girl named Tris struggling to fit into her society even though she is different than others. This series has sold over ten million copies! Who is Veronica Roth?

Veronica was born in August the 19th 1988 and was the youngest in her family.

Veronica had the idea of Divergent when she was a college student. This was her first novel.

She currently lives in Chicago with her happily married husband, Nelson Fitch. Veronica Roth’s Divergent book has exceeded all expectations for sales. There are numerous fans sights and websites about all parts of the books. Although Ms. Roth declined our invitation for an interview, an unknown source said that Roth’s book was; “A memorable, unpredictable journey from which it is nearly impossible to turn away.”

Boy Committees Suicide or did he? Dauntless leaders say that Georgie jumped off the chasm caused by his depression.

Tori, professional tattoo artist and sister of the victim thinks otherwise. She doesn’t think her brother committed suicide. She blames the Dauntless leaders for killing him. She said this about her little brother and why she doesn’t believe the leaders; “My brother was doing well in training, he was dating another initiate, he was happy.”

Tori thinks his murder was due to something called “Divergent”. Her theory was about people who can manipulate simulations and get inconclusive Choosing Tests. Once Erudite heard this, they immediately experimented to see if this was possible. They say that being “Divergent” does exist. Even though Erudite members try to explain why this is dangerous it leaves everyone confused, scared and shocked.

Choosing Ceremony Day Our annual Choosing Ceremony is less than one week away, and approaching fast. Young teens at the age of Choosing are starting to think, “What is the faction and path that is fit for me?” Do they want to join Abnegation the sweet faction that thinks of others, or the Dauntless, who are fun, daring and brave. Maybe they are fit for Amity, Candor or Erudite.

When the ceremony approaches, they must choose whether they want to stay with their loved ones, or be a transfer to another faction and betray their families and friends. This will be a big choice for many young citizens, but we must remember our policy, “Faction before blood”.

An anonymous source said they remember exactly how they felt and described it in much detail; “I hear my name and a shudder propels me forward. Halfway to the bowls, I am sure I will choose Abnegation.”
