presentation tests, and conducted face to face lessons. Worked closely with the Center Operation Manager to help her complete

the course schedule as well as the staff schedule. Conducted a beginner’s skills clinic which allowed students with zero

English ability to obtain basic English words and proper pronunciation of those words.

YongTong/Bundang South Korea Taught English to middle school students. Supervised between 5 -13 foreign teachers

Acted as a liaison between the Korean staff and foreign staff, held weekly meetings, and acted as a support system for my staff.

Other duties included critiquing books, teacher evaluations, administering tests, creating semester schedules and syllabus.

Head teacher for N Class which is a special class for the highest level of students Avalon had to offer. My duties in this program in addition to teaching included but were not limited to supervising and training Foreign and Korean staff, planning special events for parents and students, and counseling new students who wanted to join N class.
