4)Complete significant revision to the 2020 Comprehensive Plan to be a strategic plan for the city's future. The Plan must be a living document that is reviewed & revised annually. The process of revision must be an essential element of the Plan. The Plan should be applicable to and used by all city departments. (cont.)
