Celebrated performers Paul Romero and Brock Summers, with special guest Miki Yamashita, perform the classics to contemporary, with memorable music by Puccini, Chopin, Leonard Bernstein, Irving Berlin, and more! Paul Romero is the composer for the Heroes of Might and Magic series of computer games and numerous other games. He has won a number of international piano competitions including the Paris and the Van Cliburn international amateur piano competitions.
Tickets are $25 for this Benefit Concert and all proceeds go toward the Competition. You may purchase tickets at the door, or online in advance by visiting our website, amateurpianists.org/purchase-tickets.
Join us for all the events of the San Diego International Piano Competition for Outstanding Amateurs from July 15–17. The Preliminary and Semi-Final Rounds are free to attend. Tickets to the Final Round on July 17 includes our Award Ceremony
and Celebration Reception where you can meet and mingle with the pianists.
