Instructions to Authors
Focus and Scope
The Indonesian Capital Market Review (ICMR) is dedicated to discuss, explore, and disseminate the latest issues and developments of all financial and economics issues including, but not limited to: capital markets, financial institutions and services, corporate finance, Islamic finance, behavioral finance, and financial crisis; particularly those related to emerging markets. The topics cover capital markets, financial institutions and servic-es, corporate finance, risk modeling and management, market microstructure in financial markets, Islamic fi-nance, behavioral finance, and financial crisis. Please also keep in mind that The ICMR has an international readership.
The manuscripts sent should have strong empiri-cal and theoretical contributions and highlight the sig-nificance of those contributions to the field of finance. Therefore, preference is given to the submissions that examine, extend, or build strong theoretical frame-works while mpirically assess the issues with high importance for finance theory and practice.
Manuscripts
Manuscripts should follow journal’s template (available in journal’s website) and must be double-spaced on 8.27” x 11.69” paper or A4 paper. Body text should be written in Times New Roman, font size 12. Manuscript length should be reasonable for the contri-bution offered. With the submission of a manuscript, the following three items should be included in a sepa-rate page:1. Cover page showing title, each author’s name,
affiliation, complete address, telephone and fax number, and the category of the article.
2. Abstract of up to 150 words.3. Keywords, approximately five to seven words,
separated by semi-colon.4. JEL classification.
Manuscript must be submitted online through jour-nal’s website (http://journal.ui.ac.id/icmr).
Manuscripts are reviewed by the editor, members of the ICMR Editorial Review Board, and occasional reviewers. The author’s name and affiliation are re-moved before reviewing in order to ensure objectivity. Please do not identify the author(s) in the body of the paper either directly or by citation.

Section
Manuscript should be divided into five sections, i.e. Introduction, Literature Review, Research Method(s), Result(s) and Discussion(s), and Conclusion. Each section title should be written in Times New Roman, bold, font size 14. Sub-section should be written in Times New Roman, bold-italic, font size 12 (follow our journal’s template).
Math Notation
Notations should be clearly explained within the text. Equations should be centered on the page. If equations are numbered, type the number in parenthe-ses flush with the right margin. Unusual symbols and Greek letters should be identified. For equations that may be too wide to fit in a single column, indicate ap-propriate breaks.
Table and Figures
Table placements within text should be indicated. Camera-ready tables should be typed flush with the left-hand margin and have proper labeling of sourc-es, column headings, and other notations. Once the manuscript has been accepted for publication, com-plex tables and figures (diagrams, charts, graphs, etc.) should be prepared professionally for camera-ready reproduction.
References
Reference citations within the text should con-sist of the author’s last name and date of publication, without punctuation, enclosed within parentheses, and should be inserted before punctuation and/or at a logical break in the sentence. If several citations are needed, separate them with semicolons, and list alpha-betically. If two or more works by an author have the same year, distinguish them by placing a, b, etc. after the year.
References should be double-spaced and at-tached on a separate page. Works by single author, list chronologically; two authors, alphabetically and then chronologically; three authors, the same; four or more, list chronologically. In addition, references should follow APA style.
