SERVER SUMMER PARTY: Mark your calen-dars...Tuesday, August 1....We’ll meet first at church at 4:30 pm to go over a few things on serving proce-dures...then we go to the Pool which will be open just for us.... from 5:00-6:30....followed by a cookout at the Park. All free!! TUITION ASSISTANCE: It seems we have a larger dem-onstrated need among a number of our families for assistance in helping with their tuition for this coming year. Our yearly income from various tuition assistance funds is not able to cover it all. Our Tuition assistance produces about $7500 yearly. We would still need about $10,000 to make up the difference. Can you help? Would you like to be a Tuition Sponsor? Contact the Office ASAP. Fr. OK DAILY MASS TIME DURING TOTUS TUUS: Masses will take place each day, Monday-Friday, July 24-28 at 11:15 am. There will be no 8:05 mass. RETREAT COMMENTS: I had a wonderful retreat and rest. It was a silent retreat with a director. This means that I was given scriptural passages to pray about for four 1 hour periods that I would do during the day. Mass in community with a homily given by one of the priests who were there directing 8 day or 30 day silent retreats. I would also meet with a spiritual director to talk about my prayer experiences. All, very fruitful. MASS SCHEDULE CHANGE: Beginning with the new school year the Daily Mass Schedule will be Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 8:05 am. The Grade School Chil-dren will be attending these masses and once a month Cedar will join the Grade School for First Friday. On Wednesdays, I will be having a 5:30 pm mass with con-fessions being heard beginning at 4:30 pm. Confes-sions will still be heard prior to the 8:05 am masses and on Saturdays. Cedar Masses will be on Wednesdays at 2:30 pm.
FAMILY FORMATION: All families with children in grades K-6 are included in this exciting new program for our parish. You will be getting further information on this...but for now, mark you calendars for the first meeting. WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 BEGINNING AT 6:15 PM AND CONCLUDING AT 7:30 PM.
