As the global habitat sector tilts towards sustainable practices,

new jobs emerge.

• What does a green construction sector imply for jobs?


• What technical and non-technical skills are needed?

• How does this entire scenario look from the global South?

The Tragedy of the Commons

Paraphrased• Business will tend to draw down natural wealth because

that is ‘free’ in a monetized world

BUT:

• Jobs will be a very compelling reason for that to not

happen, because labour is one of the natural resources
