FAQ

Can you bring your own decorations?You may decorate the room yourself, however the use of sticky tape, wall tacks or glue isnot permitted. All items are required to be taken home, if not on the night , the followingmorning.

Can you BYO?Liquor licensing laws do not permit anyone to bring your own drinks on to the premises. Alldrinks consumed must be provided by Hotel West End.

Can you bring your own catering?All catering consumed by guests must be provided by Hotel West End's kitchen. Lolly buffetsare welcome and cakes.

Can you bring a cake?You are permitted to bring a cake. There is a $20 plate fee for any cake brought on premise.Hotel West End staff are required to cut and serve the cake.

When do you need to provide final guest numbers?Final guest numbers need to be given a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event to ensureall ordering of food and beverages can be received.

When do you need to provide food and beverage order?Any specific dietary requirements, menu selection and beverages are required 2 weeks priorto your event.

Is there a minimum spend? Minimum spends apply to No.10 Browning Street function space and Alcove Lounge. Thefunctions manager will advise the minimum spend at the time of your enquiry. Can I play my own music?In the private space No.10 Browning Street, you may play music through aux cord.

Can I play photos?In No.10 Browning Street and the Alcove Lounge, you may bring your own laptop with photoson it. Our staff will connect this to the tv's and/or projector for you.

Do you charge cakeage?There is a $20 plate fee for any cake brought on premise
