FIBCBags TypesFIBC/ JUMBO BAGS Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) are widely used for storage, transportation and handling of powder, flake or granular materials. Typically they are constructed from woven polypropylene (PP) fabric in the form of cubic bags. The fabric used may be a single layer, with extra loose liner, or laminated. The UV treated PP is a good electrical insulator.

FIBCs, also called big bags, bulk bags or jumbo bags, FIBCs have a very low packaging weight and are safe to use and available in various different forms. In 90 percent of cases, we custom make the FIBC for our customers. In doing so, we take into account the filling and discharging conditions, the hydroscopic properties and the density of the product being packaged.

PE Tarpaulins are made of High Quality PE Fabric. Water proof, stabilized against ultraviolet rays & excess heat for long outdoor exposure.

• Type : Reinforced PE Tarpaulin. • Material: Made with HDPE fabric with both sides LDPE

Lamination.Weave : up to 60x60 ft.

• Material Weight : starting from 100 gsm - 480 gsm. • Treatment : Stabilized against ultraviolet rays & excess heat

for long outdoor exposure. Max 5% loss on original tensile strength under ISO1421 after 1500 hours UV Under ASTM 653/94.

• Tensile Strength: Min 600 N both directions of warp and weft (BS 2576, 50mm grab test or equivalent).

• Tear Strength : Min 100 N both directions (BS 4303 Wing Tear or equivalent).

• Flammability : Above 200 C Flash. • Point Grommets :Provided with strong aluminum eyelets on

4 sides of the single sheet at 100 cms (+/-5cm) intervals center to center and reinforced with nylon ropes in them.

PESHEETS Polyethylene sheet is commonly used as a damp-

proof membrane with over-site concrete for all but severe conditions of dampness. It is recommended that the sheet should be at least 1000 gauge. The sheet is generally supplied in rolls 4 m wide by 25 m long with a weight of 1 kilo / meter. But, we will take custom orders and can manufacture polythenes as per customer length, width and weight. When used under concrete over site the sheet should be laid on a blinding layer of sand or compacted fuel ash spread over the hardcore. The sheets are spread over the blinding and lapped 150 mm at joints and continued across surrounding walls, under the dpc for the thickness of the wall. Where site conditions are reasonably dry and clean, the overlap joints between the sheets are sealed with mastic or mastic tape between the overlapping sheets and the joint completed with a polythenes jointing tape.
