in The National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast

On May 30 and 31 Robert Repke and Dr Panasiuk

participated in a strategic planning meeting with Dr

Howard Dayton’s Compass leadership team. One of the

most important issues discussed was our plan to help

launch Compass-Latino in the United States as a

ministry of The Institute for Financial Culture.

Book-of-the- Year Nomination

Last month 0ur Woman that

Prospers book received a nomination

for the 2011 Spanish-Language Book-

of-the-Year award. The book was

chosen among several hundred titles

published during the last 12 months in

Latin America. It also had its “coming

out” at the largest Spanish Christian

Booksellers Association convention.

Multiplication Begins!

After 8 months of writing and editing we finally were able to finish

our leadership development course: Leading the Kingdom’s

Economy. The leaders for economic transformation are trained

to function as Stewardship Pastors in their congregations. They

are qualified to develop a Stewardship Ministry in the local church

by teaching and leading their congregations to impact their

Spanish-speaking members and others in their communities.

They are prepared to train

and equip others to navigate

their finances God’s way.

Our students go through three

months of hands-on training

and two days of concentrated

final instructions.

Stewardship Leaders in local churches. The first graduating class

of the Institute for Financial Culture leadership development

course in Orange County, CA was sponsored by Vision Resourcing

Group.

over the country.

Our first graduating class in California! These Leaders in

Economic Transformation were certified in Orange County

last May. Vision Resourcing Group and its CEO, Mr. Jim Sullivan

helped make it possible by partnering in God’s work with us.

The Fellowship of Companies for

Christ, International (FCCI) and

the IFC work together to reach

Latin American entrepreneurs

and professionals. This month we

certified our first Small Group

Facilitators in Colombia while

continuing to expand our life-

transformation “ELET Groups” in

Mexico and Guatemala.
