We ended our 150th year of celebration with a wonderful anniversary weekend! I give my deep appreciation to the members of the 150th Anniversary Committee: Sister Barbara Hoenig, Sister Lauren Pfeiffer, Sister Karen Poppert and Sister Carole Stamets. Thank you for giving your time and devotion in truly making this a celebration to remember for the ages (and now enjoy a well-deserved rest!). Of course, a genuine thank you goes out to all in the congregation who helped in the various 150th anniversary activities and events! A special thanks to our Dinner Committee who put on one of the best dinners in recorded history! I heard so many comments about how good our anniversary meal was (and you helped your skinny pastor gain a few needed pounds!). Many in the congregation picked up their copy of the 150th anniversary historical booklet on Sunday May 19th. We will not be mailing these out – so please come to church in the coming weeks if you would like your anniversary booklet to mark this momentous occasion. Also, in the weeks ahead we will have our Anniversary DVD ready to hand out – with wonderful pictures and video segments of our previous pastors. I am so proud of our congregation! We have been so blessed. We have a hopeful future – and I look forward to our continuing journey ahead, together – with Jesus. ~Pastor Andy

We need to come together for prayer, receive peace for our souls and Gain a deeper connection with God.

All other food items are welcome as well

Food on the First! June 2

Our church will bring food on the First Sunday of

the month

Place food items in the food basket up front in the

sanctuary.

All of the food will go to the Bread of Life Food

Pantry (Located at Epworth United Methodist in

Palmyra) and will provide for families in the Tri-

Boro.

Please know that the pastor is available at all times if there is an emergency or an unexpected need that calls for a pastoral visit. If you are unable to reach Pastor Andy through the Church number – 856-829-2886 – then promptly notify any of our Elders for assistance Karen Poppert, Lauren Dougherty, Jane Miles, John Meller or Carole Stamets.

5% of all cards purchased will go directly to Social Action in order to support our two internationally sponsored girls and others with need in our local community.

Social Action Collection to support our two internationally-sponsored children will be taken on Sunday, June 30th.

Food Basket Non-perishable food items are needed for members of our local community. Donations can be placed in the church basket in the wing. Food will go to the “Bread of Life Food Pantry” in Palmyra.

Please continue to pray for our two internationally sponsored girls, Rosemary and Aurare, and please give

generously to our Social Action Collection the last Sunday of each month which directly supports them and

other individuals in need.
