As airline travel starts to reopen during the 2020 pandemic, Ultimate Air Shuttle is working overtime to provide you with the

safest environment, and build your confidence in air travel!

Ultimate Air Shuttle has taken extra measures to adhere to the new safety protocols. The health of passengers and crew members is Ultimate Air Shuttle’s top priority. Sanitizing on every turn of seats, armrests, windows, trays, restroom. All crews in face masks. Social distanced spacing of seats on all flights… Only window seats will be utilized.

Flights will be at reduced capacity to adhere to social distancing requirements, so no aisle seats will be available.

Ultimate Air Shuttle strives to provide safety to all passengers and crew members while still deliver-ing the VIP, top-notch service that we have come to expect and appreciate! Would you finally like a permanent solu-tion to your challenge with sweat and odor??? miraDry is the only noninva-

sive, FDA-cleared treatment that will free you from the bothersome problems of underarm sweat. By eliminating the sweat and odor glands, you can feel confident that your underarms will remain dry in any situation.

miraDry is for you, if you are: Bothered by underarm sweat…Tired of underarm stains in shirts….Seeking a natural, toxin-free lifestyle…Done feeling sticky at the end of the day….Want-ing to be free from underarm sweat and feel clean all day long!!!!

The miraDry system uses proprietary miraWave energy that targets and destroys sweat and odor glands in your underarm. Once those glands are destroyed, they do not grow back so that means once they are gone, they are gone for good.

miraDry is an in-office procedure at Kurtz-man Plastic Surgery! The procedure only takes about one hour. The patient likely won’t feel anything during the treatment since the under-arms will be numbed prior to treatment. After treatment, patients may experience swelling, soreness, tingling and numbness in the treated area. These sensations typically clear-up within a few days to a few weeks.

After the procedure, patients can expect to have an immediate reduction in sweat. Sweat glands don’t grow back so patients should experience results that last. The amount of sweat reduction you desire should be discussed with Dr. Kurtzman. As with any treatment, the results may vary from person to person.

Downtime for this procedure can be minimal to none. Most patients return to regular activity (like returning to work) immediately. Exercise and vigorous activity is typically resumed within several days.

If you’re ready to eliminate excessive underarm sweating…then call Kurtzman Plastic Surgery at 513-891-4440 for a complimentary consultation with Dr. Lawrence Kurtzman.

Never sweat again with MiraDry at Kurtzman Plastic Surgery

This Medical Pandemic is a reminder for women (and men), especially during the outbreak of COVID-19, to make their health a priority and take care of themselves

Take care of your body and mind:• Maintain a healthy weight.• Get and stay active regularly in your home or outside your

home.• Eat heart-healthy, well-balanced meals, and snacks.• Take care of your mental health.• Stay connected with family and friends.• Find healthy ways to manage stress. • Practice good sleep habits to improve your mental and physical

health, and boost your immune system.• Monitor alcohol intake and avoid illicit drugs, including drugs that

are not prescribed to you.• Look out for your lungs! Try to quit smoking and vaping. Smoking weakens your lungs

and puts you at a much higher risk of having serious complica-tions.

• Stay Up to Date! Patient education is extremely important to us at David Schwartz, MD. We are excited to help provide you with the most up to date women’s health topics in our monthly patient newsletter. We will be periodically letting you know about hap-penings at our office, health issues, and sharing family-friendly recipes. Go to our website at www.cincinnatiobgyn.com for more informa-tion.

The medical practice of David B. Schwartz, MD, Obstetrics and Gynecology is devoted to the health care of women from adolescence to advanced maturity.

While the Cincinnati Real Estate market took a 3 week lull when COVID-19 hit, it is rapidly recovering. Accord-

ing to ShowingTime, showings through May 25, 2020 are finally approaching where they were at this time last year. But one problem remains; low inventory. If you had plans to sell in 2020 but pressed the pause button, here are 5 reasons to reconsider:

1. Sale Prices Are Increasing. It’s simple supply and demand. Buyers are buying. Inventory is very low which means sale prices are being driven up by multiple offer situations in all price points. See graph below from Coldwell Banker West Shell:

2. Serious Buyers Are Ready Now. Buyers know that it is a very competitive market. They are prequalified & ready to make their best of-fers. Many are even making cash offers. In that same regard, the pre-covid19 serial lookers are probably taking a break with their hobby. What remains? A large pool of very serious and quali-fied buyers who genuinely want to move!

3. Virtual Technology Is Better Than Ever. This is where finding a creative, forward thinking real estate agent is a must. Look for an agent who is not afraid to tell you how to prepare your home inside & out to command the best price. They should have experience in video (3D, Drone, Video Walk through’s are all options), profes-sional photography, & social media marketing. Presenting your home visually online & telling it’s story will allow people to get a great idea if it is “the one” without even stepping foot in it. This will eliminate unnecessary in-person showings.

4. Interest Rates Remain Lower. At the end of May, Freddiemac.com reported that 30-year fixed-rate mortgages hit another all time low, which is driving buyers to purchase now.

5. Your House Looks More Alive In The Sum-mer. Let’s face it. We all feel and look better with that summer glow. Your house is no exception. Clean landscape, pots of vibrant flowers, bloom-ing trees, & sunny blue skies will elevate your home’s curb appeal & value.

Selling your home safely in the midst of a pandemic is a legitimate concern. However, with the guidance of an experienced real estate agent, it is very doable and can even be profitable since there is so little inventory. The Cincinnati real estate industry has been very adept at creating a safer sale to closing process. Tools such as virtual showings, electronic document signing, & drive-in closings are just a few of the methods utilized to keep the market moving. Low inventory is creat-ing the perfect stage for those sellers who feel comfortable listing their homes now.

As we continue to walk through this new reality of what life looks like amidst a global pandemic, it’s so important to

focus our thoughts on the things that fill us and give us hope. One thing I know for sure...travel feeds the soul. And though it will look a little different moving forward, I love hearing from clients who are ready to start planning their new adventures. Below are a few of my most requested destinations and some featured resorts who are especially ready to receive you with new protocols & health and safety measures in place!

Santorini, Greece

Adronis Luxury Suites, nestled in the Caldera cliff with a heavenly view of the volcano, combines classic luxury with modern minimal style. The pri-vate suites are the ultimate in luxury experience and social distancing is a breeze because each and every room offers a separate entrance into the open air. Greece is one of the first destinations in Europe who are ready to accept visitors again!

Riviera Maya, Mexico

Eldorado Seaside Suites is one of my favorite all inclusive resorts as it offers some of the best food in the all inclusive industry as well as the most unique oceanfront infinity pool suites. That’s right, there’s a pool on the other side of your balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean! 24 hour room service included? You bet! Incredible complimentary anniversary packages too!

St Lucia

Is it too much to ask for a swing located above your own private infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea? Not when you stay at Ladera Resort, located on a UNESCO World Heritage Site! With only 37 rooms, the Ladera staff has your ultimate relaxation in mind and can’t wait to have you experience what sets them apart!
