Before the last board meeting: 5/13 Food Pantry 5/15 Assisted in the preparation of the Teens in Training (TNT) for future Jr. Councilors

for Sylvan Hills with the Youth Vision committee (YVC) 5/17 There was an introductory to the graduating 5th graders into the youth group.

o During church, both services. The lesson was on maturity.

Weekly Events:

Participated in over 4 weekly staff meetings (Mondays @ 10:00 AM) Discussed weekly plans about the youth with the Minister (Mondays @ 9:00 AM) Wednesday youth group

Single Scheduled events with Youth/Children:

(5/22)  Preschool Graduation: Run sound and video for the ceremony/present at the picnic afterward. (5/24) Memorial Day float and bake sale prep. Pool party and camp fire at the Moldovan’s. (5/25) Memorial Day Parade, Youth came over afterward for swimming. (6/03) Spoke to 5th Graders for their graduation (6/5) Present at the God's Big Day care Picnic. (6/7) Youth Luau. (6/13) Appreciation dinner for Food Pantry.

Interpersonal connections/events:

(5/25) Boat trip with Derek Horton, Hunter Yearick, and Caleb, Lucas and Pam Porter. Camp fire with Tiffany Muthler, Jensen Confer and Gage Gardner (5/26) Wood project with Bill Aurand (5/27) Visit Shirley Bittner with Wednesday Morning Care Group. Played games with Ian Driscoll and Casey Eisenhower. Wood project with Bill Aurand (5/28) Played Video Games with Derek Horton and Hunter Yearick. Wood project with Bill Aurand (6/03) Played Basketball with High School Boys. (6/3-6/6) Made Phone calls to the graduation 5th graders who do not belong to our church, but have been involved in other ministries. (6/10) Read to the children at God's Big Day care. (6/15) Write letters to all of the Campers who are currently attending camp.

Created an account to run Podcasts through Pod’O’Matic. Contacted Apple to be put our podcasts on their Website & App. Organized the contact information for the office phone kit.

Prep Events:

(6/1) Youth team meeting. (6/2) Mission trip meeting. (6/5) Decorate the Sanctuary for the youth Luau. (6/13) Tour camp Krislund

Future Events:

This week:

Run the high ropes course at Sylvan Hills for the senior High campers. (2 days this week) We are taking Youth that are not at camp out on the lake this Wednesday.

Teens in training (Friday/Saturday)o Provide Teens interested in Jr Counseling the knowledge they need to work a week of

camp.
