of the above referenced water system. According to Department records, Wyboo Plantation is
currently an approved and permitted water system. It is also listed on the Department's Public
Water System Inventory as an approved water system.

This letter is in response to our recent phone conversation concerning the permitted status
of the above referenced water system. According to Department records, Wyboo Plantation is
currently an approved and permitted water system. It is also listed on the Department's Public
Water System Inventory as an approved water system.
This constitutes Departmental approval of the public water system and no other permit is
necessary until the system expands. Should you have any questions or need additional

DHEC approved plans and specifications (permit #207371). Changes
