Department of Sustainability and the EnvironmentProgram/Project Manager (May 2010 – Jul 2011)

Telstra Command Centre First Response Lead, Triage Mgr. (Nov 2007 – Feb 2010) Requested by Telstra to join their Command Centre as a First Response Lead for resolution of severity one

and two issues. Drove restoration of outstanding severity one and two incidents, operational stability and monitoring of the

new enterprise; worked with diverse groups to drive restoration of service. Built valuable networks and relationships with key vendors and stakeholders in order to reduce the mean

time to restoration. Served as the subject matter expert to the National Change Manager on change and release processes and

procedures for relevant applications. GE Money Pty Production Assurance Leader (May 2006 to Jun 2007)
