Additional channels can be added in both the Transmit and Receive paths to accommodate specific customer requirement. LE-KaCM-TRX100 K/Ka Band Satellite Communications Transceiver Module-Single Channel

Overview

The Arralis K/Ka band transceiver module enables direct interface with a Modem or Software Defined Radio (SDR) enabling full-function Ka band satellite systems.

LE-KaTR-102 Integrated Transceiver Downlink Module for K/Ka-Band Frequencies

Overview

LE-KaTR-102 is a fully integrated stand-alone transceiver module designed for K/Ka- band communications systems.

LE-KaTR-102 contains a complete down-converter receiver which operates over frequencies in the range from 27.5GHz–

29.5GHz, and a complete up-converter transmitter frontend which operates in the range from 18.5GHz–20.5GHz. The

module has four IF ports: two wideband IQ outputs for the down-converter (3.5GHz–5.5GHz) and two wideband IQ inputs

for the up-converter (3.5–5.5GHz). A fixed LO of 24GHz is supplied to both up and down-converters by an integrated PLO.

The standard output transmit power is 20dBm.

The module has an RF system characteristic impedance of 50Ω used throughout. The biasing voltages for the components

are supplied through a single biasing point which accepts voltages in the range of 12V – 28V.

All decoupling is performed on the board and ESD precautions must be taken at all times.
