publ i c s hel p i n i dent i f yi ng t he t wo men pi ct ur ed i n t he vi deo and

vi deo i mages and photogr aphs were i dent i f i ed as Tamer l an Tsar naev

and Dzhokhar Tsar naev.

8. KADYRBAYEV, TAZHAYAKOV, a co- conspi r at or known t o t he

Gr and J ur y, and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev al l began at t endi ng t he Uni ver si t y

of Massachuset t s at Dar t mout h ( UMASS- Dar t mout h) at t he same t i me

i n 2011. The f our men wer e f r i ends, spent t i me t oget her soci al i zi ng,

and of t en exchanged t ext messages wi t h each ot her .

dumpst er was empt i ed and i t s cont ent s were moved t o a l andf i l l i n

New Bedf ord, Massachuset t s. Over t he cour se of t wo days, Apr i l 25,

2013 and Apr i l 26, 2013, more than 30 f ederal agent s sear ched t hi s
