EAH Housing is one of the most respected nonprofit housing organiza-tions in the western United States. The company was founded in 1968 with the belief that attractive, affordable hous-ing is the cornerstone to sustainable communities for families, persons with disabilities, veterans and seniors.
EAH Housing has been in Hawaii since 1996 when it helped acquired Kukui Tower (380 units) in Honolulu and Kalani Gardens (119 units) in Mililani, to prevent the eviction of more than 1,500 people.
Today, EAH Housing manages near-ly 2,000 units in 20 properties on the islands of Oahu, Maui and Kauai. EAH owns or has a partnership interest in three-quarters of the properties it manages on the islands.
EAH Housing is recognized by gov-ernment officials, community leaders, lenders, and residents as a capable and trustworthy organization motivated by concern for the people it serves.
