We are pleased to bring you our Twenty Eighth edition ebook, which happens to be Anusham special edition Tamil Poem ebook on Sri Maha Periva. This collection is made available to us by the kind work of our respected moderator Sri Narayanan Bala (anusham163 in our Forum). Most of our readers are aware of our efforts to bring out regular ebooks which are designed to protect and nourish our age old traditions, culture, devotion and spirituality. Apart from these standard ebooks, we have also published special series ebooks like those on Sri Maha Perivas Life History. This special edition ebook is an amazing collection of Tamil Poem on Sri Maha Periva by a respected Tamil poet Sri Kothamangalam Subbu further details of which are available in the introduction section that follows. Sri Narayanan Bala has been very kind to bring this out and share with our members, so that this treasure can be preserved and cherished for generations to come. He has also given us wonderful paintings / drawings of Periva that he has painstakingly done over a period. Sri Narayanan Bala is a very well-known moderator to our Forum members (by the Forum name anusham163) and he has already made his presence strongly felt through many drawings/sketches of Periva and by his phenomenal translation works on Periva and on materials related to Periva. He has done this wonderful work once again now. We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to him for coming forward and sharing this wonderful treasure with our community. About the Author

Kothamangalam Subbu (born Kothamangalam Subramanian, 10 November

1910 - 15 February 1974) was a poet, lyricist, author, actor and film director

from Tamil Nadu, India.

He wrote the cult classic Tamil novel Thillana Mohanambal and was

awarded the Padma Shri.

According to novelist Ashokamitran's memoirs, Subbu functioned as the No. 2 of the giant Gemini

Studios of Chennai (formerly Madras), South India for over three decades and was a close associate of

movie mogul S. S. Vasan, who established those studios and published the popular Tamil weekly

Ananda Vikatan.
