Policies & Payment

D E P O S I T S : For all weddings, we require a $1,000.00 deposit at time of contract. This

deposit will be used to secure the event space and put towards the final bill. All deposits are non-refundable. Please see the Booking Contract for addi-

tional deposit information.

F I N A L P A Y M E N T S :

The remainder of the bill is due no later than 10 business days prior to the reception. We also require a credit card on file for any last-minute charges

over the final payment amount. Nothing will be charged without prior notification. Payments can be made on a payment schedule prior to the

event, if desired. The final payment will be based on estimated charges based on the guaranteed number of people and services rendered.

G U A R A N T E E D A T T E N D A N C E :

The final number of guests is due to the Catering Office no later than 72 business hours prior to the reception. If the guaranteed number falls below

90% of the contracted attendance or minimums set forth in the contract, additional charges may apply. Discounted meal prices apply for children 12

and under. Please provide the number of children attending when submitting the guaranteed attendance.

F I N A L D E T A I L S : The final details of the reception need to be decided and finalized no later

than one month prior to the reception. A planning meeting may be set-up 3 to 6 months prior to the event to discuss the progress and ask questions. As

always, communication is welcomed when needed, via email or telephone with the wedding coordinator.

F O O D A N D B E V E R A G E :

All Food and Beverage must be supplied by the hotel, with the exception of the cake, nuts, and/or mints.

P E R S O N A L A T T E N T I O N :

Our professional wedding coordinator will be at the event to ensure flawless execution of every detail. Our staff will be on hand to over-see proper set-up

and timeliness of events during the evening. Our Banquet Manager will also

be present as an additional contact person during the event.
