Kansas City, Missouri
Kansas City, Missouri, informally called "KC" is the largest city in the U.S. state of Missouri, the second largest metro area in Missouri.
It encompasses 318 square miles (820 km2) in parts of Jackson, Clay, Cass, and Platte counties. It is one of two county seats of Jackson County, the other being Independence, which is to the city's east. As of 2010, the population census was 459,787 with a metro area of close to two million.
The city is well known for its contributions to the musical styles of jazz and blues as well as to cuisine (Kansas City – style barbecue).
Downtown Renaissance The Convention Center is now home to one of the 10 largest convention center ballrooms
in the country. (Now Open) From historic restorations to dramatic renovations, Kansas City's hotels are experiencing a
renaissance of their own. The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts will dramatically change the downtown

How We Choose The Investment Area
We like to stay in the better areas where the tenant clientele is better and the values of the properties are higher. These areas are not considered to be “blighted” areas.
These properties are better investments for the buyer Since we warranty all of our work and we want to build long
term relationships, we only want to deliver houses that are good quality, low maintenance, and buyers want to come back for more.
We invest all cash in these properties. We don't take loans of any kind, we are the ones with the complete financial liability for these properties. We absolutely will not invest our money in the blighted areas of the city where the investment will not make sense for us if we have to end up keeping the property long term.
