The friends and family of Karen Schabes are uniting to support her in her fight against a cancerous brain

tumor. She is 22 years old. Karen Schabes is a college student who has been diagnosed with a Grade 3 Astrocytoma, a

cancerous brain tumor. Despite the fact that she suffers from seizures and will be undergoing chemo, and radiation therapy, Karen continues the best she can with her everyday life. She

attends college and spends time with her family and friends.
