SUMMARY EMI have been a successful major record label even though they are

the forth biggest out of the rest. It started in 1931 and has a headquarters located in London with others worldwide. It has been involved in making many music artists very popular and successful. Their job roles are in a order of hierarchy with people moving up. Each job has its own specific requirements which help the business to run smoothly. I have found that the CEO is the person who is at the top and is in charge of things. The promotions person is in charge of making sure things are promoted so the music artist is noticed. Lastly the sales department make sure enough sales are being made and develop relationships with the dealers so their products are sold more.
