JULY NEWSLETTER Hari Om Yoginis

A huge thank you as always to everyone that attended the workshops on 19TH & 24TH June. It was wonderful to

be able to practise outdoors and hopefully we can do this again soon. The feedback again was absolutely

lovely and as always I feel very honoured to have such kind and genuine people in my classes. Hanuman went

down well and for me that was quite literally! And I hope to see everyone practising and getting those splits

pics into the Poses in Places competition!

The next dates are Hinckley 18th September 12-4pm. The Surrey dates 2nd & 9th October are already heavily

subscribed. Please let me know if you wish to take part as I will be running 2 sessions on each October date 10-

2pm & 2.15-6.15pm, thereby allowing more people to take part. 9th October afternoon session is already

almost full – only 2 spaces left. Please let me know of any dietary requirements at time of booking. I would also

like to remind everyone that your place is only guaranteed with the receipt of your £25.00 investment to Miss J

Dare I say it but CHRISTMAS???!!!

Fast approaching & already menus & party nights are

being advertised. A few people have mentioned that

they are unable to attend the organised club night &

also there are many people who receive this

newsletter who are not club moat members & as such

I propose a Karma Connection Christmas nights on

Saturday 3rd & Saturday 10th December

The Holiday Inn are running party nights at a cost

of £38 per person. There is no minimum limit to

the table size so I can run the event with 2 of us

or 200! I hope many of you will join me

THEME IS ROARING 20’S GLAMOUR (optional)

The summer holidays are only few weeks away and I will be enjoying a few weeks in Spain. As the sunshine

retreats were so well received I have decided to open up the house to anyone who wishes to get away for a

few days (or more!)

The availability is currently 18th July-2nd August & 29th August-12th September.

These are on a “build your own” basis, to fit in to any availability & budget.

The cost is £50 per person per day & includes (possible) shared accommodation-max 2 people per room unless

part of your group then no more than 3 people per room, continental breakfast, classes & equipment.

Flights, insurance & transfers are not included. Airport transfers may be arranged depending on day & times of

flights - £25 each way. There is a great bus service from the airport to the centre of Malaga and then regular

buses to Torre del Mar where you will be collected.

There are also many optional extras that can be added to augment your sunshine experience or you can just

laze away the day on a sunbed over-looking the beautiful Lake Vinuela or Mediterranean sea.

Optional extras include local classes from 6euros per class, a trip to the Diamond way stupa (ex Mondays), a

day shopping or sight-seeing in Gibraltar, Caves at Nerja, the Alhambra palace in Granada, a trip to the

natural hot springs in Alhama – all accompanied with classes!

If these dates are not suitable but this is something that you wish to participate in, then as from September I

am running individual options for anyone that wishes to give it a go. POA dependent on dates and party size.

The Monday evening class has also been fantastically successful

with both it & the Tuesday evening class now being regularly over-

subscribed – THANK YOU

As a result of the popularity booking your place is essential please.

7 Spaces free to members (book 3 days in advance through the club as usual) 7 spaces to non-members to

include use of all spa facilities, free parking & towel service (book directly with me ANY time) £5pp per class.

Members wishing to attend but unable to secure any of the 7 free spaces are able to pay for the class & can book with me at ANY time

A massive to everyone who donated to Help for Heroes in honour of International

Yoga day – we raised over £30 which I’ve made up to £50 & you can still donate!

And finally……. I have spoken with fellow yogini and photographer extraordinaire Sarah about

coming along to the Bath retreat and taking professional photos. She would be taking

individual candid and posed shots as well as group photos and class sessions. If you would like

to be part of this and have a permanent professional record of your experience to keep forever

then the cost is merely £10 per person in the first instance which includes a photo disc with all

the pictures from the event on it. To avoid people taking advantage of this without paying,

Sarah will be photographing only those who have paid for the experience who will be

identifiable by funky wrist bands, by the magic of photoshop all those not enrolled in the

scheme will be blurred out! I need everyone attending to say yes or no please, so I know

everyone has had the info. Payment due end July. Anyone wishing to add this after 31/7/16 or

on the weekend itself (& this must be no later than 23rd September) will be required to pay £30
