The Katie School works with more than 250 industry employers to provide talent.

Since its inception in 1991, the Katie School has supported more than 2,000 students entering the industry.

The mission of the Katie School Hall of Fame and Leadership and Innovation Awards is to educate and inspire the next generation of industry leaders to consider a career in risk management and insurance by recognizing and detailing the work of individuals in the industry who have benefited society, provided leadership, and exhibited innovation.

leadership and innovation awardsAs the name of this honor suggests, Innovation and Leadership Awards are awarded to organizations, agencies, individuals, and young leaders who possess the qualities of excellence within the insurance industry. Recipients of this award must represent the following overarching criteria:
