WHAT I ENJOYED MOST What I enjoyed most about this project

is getting to think of a problem and trying to solve and testing, creating, designing the little booklet.

PROCEDURE First I used index cards to be the base of my

Jewelry keeper. I taped two index cards together. Then I put

three pieces of magnetic tape. Next I made a cut in the paper and put a piece of paper on the back of the cut to make it look like a pocket. Lastly I put the metal necklace in place.

For the next pocket, I taped plastic mesh to the index card. Then I put dangly earrings on the mesh and then I punched holes in the index card for the stud earrings.

For the last pocket, I stapled Velcro to the index card for the beaded neclaces.

PROBLEMS DURING THE EXPERIMENT The Pendant on my necklace was non

magnetic so I had to make a pocket for it. I also had to add an extra piece of magnetic tape to hold the extra chain.

I had to add mesh to the index card to hang the earrings from and punch holes for to earrings as well.

I had to add Velcro to the index card for the beaded necklaces instead of using tape.

WHAT I LEARNED Engineering is hard. You have to have a

lot of patience With all the fails and retrying them. Creating you on invention from scrap is a lot harder than I expected. Now I admire a lot of inventors because they must have had a lot of patience t create the technology that we have today

THINGS I WOULD DO DIFFERENTLY I won’t wait till last minute to work on it I will let my mom help me before I get

over stressed about finishing it Don’t be afraid to ask for help Don’t try to do it on your own without

any one helping you

THE MOST DIFFICULT THING The hardest thing about my project was

creating solutions and fixing problems. It was a lot harder than I expected. You have to spend hours at times seeing about what you need to fix and fixing that problem
